It has been rumoured that screams of frustration have been heard echoing around the darkest corners of Rhode Island USA over recent months. Legion’s frontman Phil Vincent has been painstakingly working day and night to create his labour of love with fellow D’ercole members, their 3rd album “Dreams Of The Heart”. Featuring 11 smouldering brand new tracks it is by far their best outing to date. Dreams of the Heart will be released by Z Records this coming September, in the meantime check out the amazing “you keep me waiting” For yourself.
