RPWL introduces new bass player. Werner Taus will complete the German quintet for the second half of their "Gentle Art Of Music" anniversary tour
RPWL and their original member Chris Postl have annouced that they will be parting ways due to personal reasons. Today RPWL are proud to introduce their newest member on the bass guitar: Werner Taus.
"We’re feeling very sorry for having to go on without Chris. But we wish him – especially for his solo project Parzivals Eye – all the best and hope that we will keep in touch," says guitarrist Kalle Wallner, who is introducing the newest member of RPWL: Werner Taus.
With the Austrian bass player and singer the German art rockers were able to find an appropriate replacement for the upcoming second half of their "Gentle Art Of Music" tour. This tour will start in September with three dates in the dutch cities of Heerlen, Zaandam and Den Bosch. Then the band will play at a festival in Verviers (Belgium) followed up with a headlining slot at the internationally known CalProg Festival in Whittier, California (USA)
Wallner goes on to say: "We’ve already been having so much fun while rehearsing with Werner. This is why we’re so much looking foward to presenting our new bass player to the fans."
