listening to the second podcast, no wonder Ten pulled the track from Babylon - they would have had their arses sued by Blackmore and Deep Purple for stealing the riff from 'Burn' !!!

You can't get sued for pinching a riff .. how many Kashmire riffs are out there? Even in the Purple documentary, they joke about how they stole the riff for 'Woman From Tokyo' from Ricky Nelson ...

The same for the song Burn. I remember reading a Ritchie Blackmore interview who said how he ripped the riff off from another song.

Anyway, I gotta say that I don't care if the riff is borrowed. I really like the song, and I'm kinda hoping that one day I may be able to re-buy Babylon with Dawn Star in it.
