on a sidenote, the forum also seems to have a fair share of technical issues. I constantly lose connection when I hit the 'Submit' button (my reply does seem to get posted, but instead of the page refreshing, I am then greeted by an Error 524 (" Website is offline. No cached version of this page is available.") But the website isn't offline, as I can just go back to the forum and look up the thread again (and then my reply is there).
And at least a couple of times a week, when I try to connect to the forum early in the morning, I am greeted by a similar error and I cannot connect to the forum at all (until later that day). Things like those are also not very motivating when you want to attract more people here and convince them to use this forum...

Hi melodicrock,

We did some testing (as you can see ) and the issue should now be resolved. Can you pls. test it if you have some time?

Many thanks!

B.

Sorry for the delay in replying... I've been busy with completely other things for the past weeks.

Bruce, thanks for the explanation. Yes, it definitely helps. When I heard about you and Rocktopia Records, I thought you may be going for a new Now & Then Records... which was more or less the forerunner to what Frontiers Records is today... ie one of the big names in this genre, and a label that no real melodic rock/aor-fan can do without (you can't claim to be a melodic rock fan and not own any albums released on either of those two labels). You can't ignore the similarities... the first album released on Now & Then was Gary Hughes (and Ten's debut album was released on that label, too), the first album released on Frontiers was Ten, and the first album release on Rocktopia was also Ten. That can't just be a coincidence, can it?

But from what you tell me, I gather that I should see Rocktopia Records more as label who occasionally publishes records to help out friends, not as a label that has any serious ambitions to compete with the likes of Frontiers... and that the forum's ties to the label are fairly loose. Knowing that definitely helps!

And it's good to know that you guys were able to fix the technical issue. I'll let you know if the problem still occurs... so as long as you don't hear me about it, you can assume it's indeed fixed.
[Edit] FYI: the forum update/refresh on this particula post indeed went very well

I may be late to join the discussion, but the last time I tried (3 months ago), the forum worked fine.

I am just wondering why no new shows are released on Rocktopia TV? Did you run our of videos? I hope not ...

Greeting from Helvetia,

Erich

Any new video coming to RT Television?

You guys are doing a great job, but your marketing sucks. I am sure there are many more shows left to be shown. What about a new show every month, or even every week? Seems as if you prefer to be the best kept secret in the world of rock music.
